a few years ago we came home with our beautiful little girl mia...been looking at her baby photos lately and falling in LOVE with her puppy size all over again :)

Valentine's Day

Brian was SWEET and made extra special Valentine's Day date plans, i.e. plans for dinner without me *reminding* him to. Good job this year sweetie!!

Heidi (mia's bff) got them matching valentine pj shirts that they wore on their Valentine date this past week. They both tired each other out, which we are always grateful for!

Doctor pops for BK's birthday party and because I needed another excuse to make something doctor-ish :) The doctor with scrub mask/cap is a little creepier than intended, but the pager is right on!!

Now, technically we should have won 1st place...but we tied for 2nd place with a group of guy friends instead. It was all in good fun, but the cupcake pop reindeer pulling santa's sleigh was wow-ing the judges either way! :)

Girls Night in S E A T T L E ! !

In celebration of miss SINAE visiting us back in Seattle from Africa, we had a girls night out in Seattle. After eating dinner out together, we thought we would surprise Sinae with a birthday wish since we had all missed her last birthday. She was shocked to say the very least :) she actually sang the Happy Birthday song not knowing the cake and candle were intended for her, oh Sinae, that's why we LOVE YOU!

Brian thought it would be fun to take our photos on the lopsided stump...but it was too tall for me to jump up onto and nothing to help me step up. Brian laughed as I attempted, finally Jessica came to the rescue! She used her superhero muscle powers to lift me up :) it was quite a sight! After we finished laughing and wiping away the tears, we took some b-e-a-utiful photos!

We attempted to get some nice new photos for mom as a Christmas gift, it was a cloudy gloomy day but we had Sunshine to make it happy and bright! :)

Christmas Eve with Kistler's

Grandma B and the Chavez family came up to Seattle to celebrate Christmas Eve with the Kistlers. It was full of tongue-sticking-gators (thanks Judy) and lots of rough housing.
