Brian's early Birthday gift! (and mine!)

I decided to take the one and only baby photo that we found of Brian, when he was a baby in the orphanage in korea, and RESTORE IT! He was post call today, when I gave it to him as a surprise, so I am sure he will appreciate it more after he has gotten some more sleep!

p.s. Judy, I have one coming to you!!! :)

keeping warm in the cold !

Mia is small and gets cold easily...so...she often snuggles inside my sweatshirt or coat, peeking her head out of the top to get air! Its nice and warm for her and keeps me warm and snuggly too!

Snowboarding 101

Brian took me out at another attempt snowboarding. :) awww what a good hubby! He even let me wear his boots and board, we skipped the helmet this time around! I've learned how to go more slowly, moving from side to side so that I don't fly down the mountain (sorry hill!) and faceplant...again! THANKS BK I HEART YOU!

cranberry in a can?

This has become one of our "family traditions" although Brian initially introduced it. This is Ocean Spray cranberry mush that comes in a can, and yes when it slides out it still takes the shaped form of the can! I know it sounds gross but I love it! Our thanksgiving and christmas meals would not be the same without it!

Happy New Years!!!

We celebrated New Years (some of us more than others!) with our friends and had quite a party! Charlie celebrated as well and wore his pimped out party hat for a little while in celebration!

A Christmas Miracle!

Christmas morning we helped welcome baby Jordyn Brie Wilkofsky into the world! Santa worked very hard to bring this special gift on such a special day!

Brian snacks on Mia for fun...

...need I say more???

THANK YOU!!!

Thanks to all of our family that sent Christmas wishes and gifts to us all the way from Seattle, WA! We loved our buttons and handprint KYLE and KARIS!

Christmas Eve with the Foresti family!

Nikki and Chase were nice enough to invite me to their Christmas eve celebrations! There was great food and company, it was the sweetest thing!

Merry Christmas!

Brian, Mia and myself were very thankful to have a great Christmas this year. We were spoiled to say the very least. While we had other obstacles to tackle this year, like Brian's schedule at the hospital, not being able to visit our families in Seattle, and remembering the true spirit of Christmas!

someone's hiding underneath the christmas tree...

we love you mia!
